āpannasattvāyāḥ kaumārabhṛtyo garbhabharmaṇi prasave ca viyateta

สำหรับพระมเหสีที่ทรงครรภ์ เจ้าหน้าที่กุมารภฤตยะ (ผู้ดูแลพระราชกุมาร) ควรรับผิดชอบการดูแลระหว่างตั้งครรภ์และการทำคลอด
