मन्त्राधिकारः दूतप्रणिधिः राजपुत्ररक्षणमपरुद्धवृत्तमपरुद्धे वृत्तिः राजप्रणिधिः निशान्तप्रणिधिः आत्मरक्षितकमिति विनयाधिकारिकं प्रथममधिकरणम् ॥ कZ_०१.१.०३च् ॥

Transliteration

mantrādhikāraḥ dūtapraṇidhiḥ rājaputrarakṣaṇam aparuddhavṛttam aparuddhe vṛttiḥ rājapraṇidhiḥ niśāntapraṇidhiḥ ātmarakṣitakam iti vinayādhikārikaṃ prathamam adhikaraṇam.

Translation

ในหมวดวินัย (วินยะ) อธิกรณะแรกประกอบด้วยหัวข้อต่อไปนี้: การดำเนินการเรื่องคำปรึกษา (มันตระ); การแต่งตั้งและใช้ทูต (ทูตะ); การคุ้มครองพระราชโอรส; ความประพฤติของผู้ถูกคุมขัง; การเลี้ยงดู/จัดสรรปัจจัยยังชีพแก่ผู้ถูกคุมขัง; สายลับของพระราชา; สายลับยามค่ำคืน; และการจัดการความปลอดภัยส่วนพระองค์
