स बुद्धिनिगलैर्बद्धैरिष्टं क्रीडति पार्थिवैः ॥ कZ_०७.१८.४३च्द् ॥
Transliteration
sa buddhinigalairbaddhairiṣṭaṃ krīḍati pārthivaiḥ
Translation
—เขาเมื่อผูกมัดกษัตริย์อื่น ๆ ด้วยโซ่ตรวนแห่งปัญญาแล้ว ก็ชักใยพวกเขาเหมือนเล่นเกมเพื่อให้ได้สิ่งที่ตนปรารถนา.
