यद्दण्डकोशभूमीभिरुपकरोति तत्सर्वभोगम् ॥ कZ_०७.१६.१२ ॥

Transliteration

yaddaṇḍakośabhūmībhir upakaroti tat sarvabhogam

Translation

ฝ่ายที่สามารถให้การสนับสนุนด้วยกำลัง/กองทัพ (ทัณฑะ), คลังทรัพย์ (โกศะ) และดินแดน/พื้นที่ (ภูมิ) ควรถูกนับว่าเป็น ‘สรรพโภค’ คือผู้จัดหาทรัพยากรได้อย่างครบถ้วน/ผู้ร่วมที่มีศักยภาพเต็มที่।
