Transliteration
tulyadeśakālānāṃ yugyaśastrāvaraṇato viśeṣaḥ
Translation
เมื่อดินแดนและฤดูกาลเท่ากัน ความได้เปรียบย่อมตัดสินด้วยความเหมาะสมของลอจิสติกส์ (การเทียม/การขนส่ง), อาวุธ และเครื่องป้องกัน/เกราะ
