पार्श्वस्थायी हि यातव्याभिसारो मूलाबाधकश्च भवति मूलाबाधक एव पश्चात्स्थायी ॥ कZ_०७.१३.२३ ॥

Transliteration

pārśvasthāyī hi yātavyābhisāro mūlābādhakaś ca bhavati mūlābādhaka eva paścātsthāyī

Translation

ผู้ที่อยู่ตำแหน่งปีก (pārśvasthāyī) คือผู้ที่สามารถยกทัพไปยังเป้าหมายที่จะโจมตี (yātavya) และยังสามารถโจมตีฐาน/ศูนย์กลาง (mūla) ได้ด้วย ส่วนผู้ที่โจมตีฐานนั้น ในทางปฏิบัติก็คือผู้ที่อยู่ด้านหลัง (paścātsthāyī)
