Transliteration

vibhavo yāvad aṅgānāṃ caturṇāṃ sadṛśo bhavet

Translation

เท่าที่ทรัพยากรเอื้ออำนวย ควรรักษากำลังขององค์ประกอบกองทัพทั้งสี่ให้ได้สัดส่วนสมดุลกัน
