avivītānāṃ corarajjukaḥ

สำหรับพื้นที่ที่ไม่ได้กำหนดเป็นเขตคุ้มกัน (อวิวีตะ) เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบคือ โจรรัชฌุกะ (เจ้าหน้าที่ปราบการลักขโมย/ปล้น).
