प्रकर्मण्यकुमार्याश्चतुष्पञ्चाशत्पणो दण्डः शुल्कव्ययकर्मणी च प्रतिदद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.१२.१५ ॥
Transliteration
prakarmaṇyakumāryāś catuṣpañcāśatpaṇo daṇḍaḥ śulkavyayakarmaṇī ca pratidadyāt
Translation
ผู้ที่มีเพศสัมพันธ์เป็นคนแรกกับหญิงสาวที่ยังไม่ได้แต่งงาน (ทำให้เสียพรหมจรรย์) ต้องปรับห้าสิบสี่ปณะ และต้องชดใช้ศุลกะ (ค่าสินสอด) รวมทั้งค่าใช้จ่ายและพิธีกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง (วยยะ, กรรมนี) ด้วย
