Transliteration
tayor apacaraṇe rāgasyāpahāraṃ vidyāt
Translation
เมื่อฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งในสองฝ่ายนั้นกระทำการล่วงละเมิด ให้กำหนดริบ ‘รากะ’ (คือผลประโยชน์มิชอบ/ทรัพย์มีค่าที่ได้จากความผิด)
