Transliteration

viparyaye kārmikasya dviguṇaḥ

Translation

หากมีความคลาดเคลื่อน/ผิดระเบียบ โทษปรับ (ความรับผิด) ของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบเป็นสองเท่า.
