बन्धनागारे च बालवृद्धव्याधितानाथानां जातनक्षत्रपौर्णमासीषु विसर्गः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.४४ ॥

Transliteration

bandhanāgāre ca bāla-vṛddha-vyādhita-anāthānāṃ jāta-nakṣatra-paurṇamāsīṣu visargaḥ.

Translation

ในเรือนจำด้วย ควรปล่อยตัว (หรือให้ลา) เด็ก คนชรา คนป่วย และผู้ไร้ที่พึ่ง ในวันเกิด/วันดาวกำเนิด และในวันเพ็ญ.
