Transliteration

pāṃsunyāse rathyāyām aṣṭabhāgo daṇḍaḥ paṅkodakasamnirodhe pādaḥ

Translation

การทิ้งฝุ่น/ขยะลงบนถนน ปรับหนึ่งในแปด (ของโทษมาตรฐาน); การกีดขวางการไหลของโคลนและน้ำ ปรับหนึ่งในสี่।
