कूटमुद्रायां पूर्वः साहसदण्डः तिरोजनपदस्योत्तमः ॥ कZ_०२.३४.०४ ॥
Transliteration
kūṭamudrāyāṃ pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ tirojanapadasyottamaḥ
Translation
การปลอมตราพระราชา ให้ลงโทษตามค่าปรับสาหส (sāhasa) ที่กล่าวไว้ก่อน; แต่ผู้ที่ปลอมตราเพื่อเข้า/ผ่านไปยังแคว้นอื่น (โดยอ้างอำนาจเท็จ) ให้ลงโทษขั้นสูงสุด
