teṣām anyatamasya ānayane bahir eva occhulko vikrayaḥ

Translation

เมื่อมีการนำเข้า (สินค้าที่ถูกจำกัด) อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง การขายต้องทำเฉพาะนอก (ด่าน/ชายแดน) และต้องปลอดอากร
