mānādhyakṣyo deśakālamānaṃ vidyāt
Translation
เจ้าหน้าที่กำกับดูแลมาตราวัดควรรู้มาตรฐานการวัดของสถานที่และเวลา (คือการวัดเชิงพื้นที่และเชิงเวลา)۔
