लुप्तव्यायामः प्रव्रजेदापृच्छ्य धर्मस्थान् ॥ कZ_०२.०१.३० ॥

Transliteration

luptavyāyāmaḥ pravrajed āpṛcchya dharmasthān

Translation

ผู้ที่หน้าที่งานที่กำหนดไว้ได้สิ้นไป (หรือได้รับการยกเว้น) จะออกบวช/สละเรือน (ปวรชฺยา) ได้ก็ต่อเมื่อได้แจ้งหรือขออนุญาตจากธรรมสถะ (เจ้าหน้าที่ตุลาการ) ก่อนเท่านั้น.
