Transliteration

śatrumitramutsāhayitum artho na veti saṃśayaḥ

Translation

เกิดความลังเลว่า ควรหรือไม่ควรใช้รายจ่าย (artha/การทุ่มทรัพย์) เพื่อกระตุ้นหรือดึงพันธมิตรของศัตรู
