tataḥ sattriṇaḥ pratijapitāram abhiśaṃseyuḥ

จากนั้นพวกสัตริน (ผู้อาศัยพึ่งพา/ผู้อยู่ในอุปถัมภ์) พึงประณามหรือกล่าวหา ผู้ยุยงโต้กลับ
