Translation
ควรคุม/สกัดเขาไว้ด้วยอีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง (คือทำให้ฝ่ายหนึ่งถ่วงดุลหรือคานอีกฝ่าย เพื่อไม่ให้รวมกำลังกันได้)۔
