प्रत्यासन्ने वामित्रे जनपदाज्जनमवरोधक्षममतिनयेत् ॥ कZ_१२.५.०९ ॥

Transliteration

pratyāsanne vāmitre janapadāj janam avarodhakṣamam atinayet

Translation

เมื่อเพื่อนบ้านที่เป็นศัตรูอยู่ใกล้ ควรย้ายผู้คนจากชนบทไปยังตำแหน่งที่สามารถทนต่อการปิดล้อม/การล้อมเมืองได้.
