रास्नासहचरैर् वापि तैलं वातविकारिणाम् अनभिष्यन्दि यच्चान्नं तद्ब्रणेषु प्रशस्यते

rāsnāsahacarair vāpi tailaṃ vātavikāriṇām anabhiṣyandi yaccānnaṃ tadbraṇeṣu praśasyate

สำหรับผู้มีโรควาตะ ควรใช้น้ำมันที่ปรุงด้วยราสนาและสหจระเป็นต้น และอาหารใดที่เป็นอนภิษยันที คือไม่อุดกั้นทางเดินธาตุ อาหารนั้นย่อมได้รับการสรรเสริญว่าเป็นคุณในกรณีบาดแผล (วรณะ)
