Vidya Category: {"primary_vidya":"Tantra","secondary_vidya":"Mantra","practical_application":"Nyāsa on a kalaśa/pedestal support: sequential tattva-vinyāsa culminating in Śiva-tattva installation using a triad of principles.","sutra_style":true}

Encyclopedic Reference: {"reference_type":"Procedure","entry_title":"Kalaśa-Ādhāra Nyāsa and Tattva-traya Vinyāsa for Śiva-tattva","lookup_keywords":["ādhāra-kalaśa","vinnyāsa","śiva-tattva","tattva-traya","pūjā-nyāsa"],"quick_summary":"After preparing the supporting kalaśa/pedestal, perform ritual placements (nyāsa). For Śiva-tattva specifically, install the triad of principles in the prescribed order to stabilize the deity-principle in the rite."}

Concept: Tattva-vinyāsa: metaphysical principles are ritually ‘placed’ to transform a vessel/space into a fit support for Śiva-consciousness.

Application: Use ordered visualization/placement (from gross to subtle) to deepen concentration and maintain consistency across initiatory or daily Śaiva worship.

Khanda Section: Puja-vidhi (Tantric Nyasa and Tattva-vinyasa for Shiva worship)

Primary Rasa: adbhuta

Secondary Rasa: shanta

FAQs

It teaches tattva-vinyāsa (nyāsa): the ordered ritual placement of a triad of tattvas on/at the ritual kalaśa-pedestal as part of Śiva worship.

Beyond mythic narration, it preserves precise, step-wise liturgical technology—kalasha-based installations and tattva-nyāsa—showing the Purāṇa as a manual of applied ritual science alongside its other domains.

By placing tattvas in the correct order with Śiva-tattva as the focus, the practitioner aligns the ritual space and body-mind with the Śaiva principle, supporting purification and steadiness in worship (upāsanā-siddhi).
