नैरृत्यां क्षेपयेन्मृत्स्नां खाते कुम्भजलं क्षिपेत् पुरस्य पूर्वसीमन्तं नयेद् यावदभीप्सितं

พึงโปรยดินไปทางทิศไนฤติ (ตะวันตกเฉียงใต้) และเทน้ำจากกุมภะลงในหลุมที่ขุดแล้ว จากนั้นจึงขยายเส้นเขตแดนด้านตะวันออกของเมืองไปจนถึงระยะที่ประสงค์
