तदाकृष्य स्वमन्त्रेण गृहीत्वाअत्मनि योजयेत् ॐ हां ह्रूं हां आत्मने नमः पित्रोर्विभाव्य संयोगं चैतन्यं रेचकेन तत्

tadākṛṣya svamantreṇa gṛhītvāatmani yojayet oṃ hāṃ hrūṃ hāṃ ātmane namaḥ pitrorvibhāvya saṃyogaṃ caitanyaṃ recakena tat

เมื่อดึงสิ่งนั้นเข้ามาด้วยมนตร์ของตนแล้ว ให้ยึดไว้และรวมเข้ากับตนเอง สวดว่า “โอม หาง หรูṃ หาง อาตมเน นมะห์” แล้วภาวนาการประสานของทั้งสอง (อิฑา–ปิงคลา/ปราณ–อปาน) จากนั้นด้วยเรจกะ (ผ่อนลมออก) จงส่งจิตสำนึกนั้นออกไป۔
