FAQs

It teaches nyāsa: assigning specific syllables (ba/bha) to subtle principles (buddhi and prāṇa), including placing buddhi-tattva in the heart as part of mantra-visualization practice.

Beyond mythic narration, it preserves applied ritual technology—mantra-syllable mapping, inner-body loci (hṛdaya), and tattva-theory—showing the text’s coverage of practical Tantra and pūjā procedures.

By ritually integrating prāṇa and buddhi through nyāsa, the practitioner stabilizes breath and discernment in the heart-centered contemplation, supporting purification, concentration, and mantra-siddhi-oriented discipline.
