प्रार्च्य विष्णु हरार्कादीन्नत्वा दद्याद् बलिं बली आग्नेये स्वर्णकर्मारान् पुरस्य विनिवेशयेत्
prārcya viṣṇu harārkādīnnatvā dadyād baliṃ balī āgneye svarṇakarmārān purasya viniveśayet
เมื่อบูชาพระวิษณุ พระหระ (ศิวะ) พระอาทิตย์ และเทพอื่น ๆ ตามพิธี แล้วนอบน้อมไหว้ พึงถวายบลี (เครื่องบูชาบวงสรวง) โดยผู้เป็นเจ้าภาพ. ในส่วนอัคนేయะ (ทิศตะวันออกเฉียงใต้) ของนคร พึงจัดให้ช่างทองและช่างโลหะตั้งถิ่นฐาน.
