सैषा परा शक्तिः । सैषा शांभवीविद्या कादिविद्येति वा हादिविद्येति वा सादिविद्येति वा । रहस्यम् । ओमों वाचि प्रतिष्ठा ॥३॥

Translation

ఆమెనే పరాశక్తి. ఆమెనే శాంభవీ-విద్య—కాది-విద్యగా గాని, హాది-విద్యగా గాని, సాది-విద్యగా గాని ప్రసిద్ధి. ఇదే రహస్యం: ‘ఓం, ఓం’—వాక్కులో స్థాపితమైన ఆధారం॥३॥

Academic Translation

She indeed is the supreme Power. She indeed is the Śāmbhavī-vidyā—known as the Kādi-vidyā, or as the Hādi-vidyā, or as the Sādi-vidyā. (This is) the secret: ‘Om, Om’—the foundation in speech.
