ब्राह्मणाय च गौर्देया सर्वत्रसुखमश्नुते । न देया द्विजमात्राय दातारं सोऽवपातयेत्
brāhmaṇāya ca gaurdeyā sarvatrasukhamaśnute | na deyā dvijamātrāya dātāraṃ so'vapātayet
నిజమైన బ్రాహ్మణునికే గోవును దానం చేయవలెను; దాత సర్వత్ర సుఖమును పొందును. కేవలం పేరుకే ‘ద్విజుడు’ అయినవానికి ఇవ్వకూడదు—అతడు దాతను పతనానికి నెడతాడు।
