राजोवाच । मनोः स्वायंभुवस्याहमुत्पन्नः संततौ मुने । मन्वंतराधिपं पुत्रं त्वत्प्रसादाद्वृणोम्यहम्
rājovāca | manoḥ svāyaṃbhuvasyāhamutpannaḥ saṃtatau mune | manvaṃtarādhipaṃ putraṃ tvatprasādādvṛṇomyaham
రాజు పలికెను—“హే మునీ, నేను స్వాయంభువ మనువు వంశంలో జన్మించాను. మీ అనుగ్రహంతో నేను వరంగా కోరేది—మన్వంతరాధిపతిగా నిలిచే కుమారుడు.”
