श्रीकृष्ण उवाच । चंद्रशर्मन्प्रसन्नोऽहं तव भक्त्या द्विजोत्तम । शैवभावप्रपन्नोऽपि यस्त्वं जातोऽसि वैष्णवः
śrīkṛṣṇa uvāca | caṃdraśarmanprasanno'haṃ tava bhaktyā dvijottama | śaivabhāvaprapanno'pi yastvaṃ jāto'si vaiṣṇavaḥ
శ్రీకృష్ణుడు పలికెను—ఓ చంద్రశర్మన్, ద్విజోత్తమా, నీ భక్తితో నేను ప్రసన్నుడను. శైవభావాన్ని ఆశ్రయించినప్పటికీ నీవు వైష్ణవుడవైయ్యావు।
