मम गां चापि हृत्वा त्वं नयसे दस्युवत्कथम् । स तस्य वचनं श्रुत्वा विस्मयं दस्युकीर्त्तनात्
mama gāṃ cāpi hṛtvā tvaṃ nayase dasyuvatkatham | sa tasya vacanaṃ śrutvā vismayaṃ dasyukīrttanāt
“నా ఆవును కూడా అపహరించి దొంగవలె నీవెట్లు తీసికొనిపోతున్నావు?” అని. ఆ మాటలు విని, దొంగ అని పలికినందుకు అతడు ఆశ్చర్యపడెను.
