मुनय ऊचुः । वयं शक्रेण ते यज्ञे समायाताः सुभक्तितः । उल्लंघिता मदोद्रेकात्कृत्वा हास्यं मुहुर्मुहुः
munaya ūcuḥ | vayaṃ śakreṇa te yajñe samāyātāḥ subhaktitaḥ | ullaṃghitā madodrekātkṛtvā hāsyaṃ muhurmuhuḥ
మునులు అన్నారు—శక్రుడు (ఇంద్రుడు) చెప్పగా మేము సుభక్తితో మీ యజ్ఞానికి వచ్చాము. కానీ గర్వోద్రేకంతో మేము మళ్లీ మళ్లీ మర్యాదను లంఘించి హాస్యం చేసాము.
