Transliteration

varupūjopahāraiśca naivedyairvividhaistataḥ | tato varṣasahasrāṃte sa daityo duḥkhasaṃyutaḥ

Translation

అక్కడ వరప్రద పూజోపహారాలతోను, వివిధ నైవేద్యాలతోను ఆరాధించెను; అయినా వెయ్యి సంవత్సరాల చివరికి ఆ దైత్యుడు దుఃఖంతోనే ఉన్నాడు.
