mārgaśīrṣe ca samprāpte gītanṛtyādikaṃ naraḥ | tadagre kurute bhaktyā sa gacchati parāṃ gatim

మార్గశీర్ష మాసం వచ్చినప్పుడు, భక్తితో దాని (లింగం) ముందర గీతనృత్యాదులను చేయువాడు పరమ గతిని పొందును.
