येनैवं कुरुषे कर्म गर्हितं चांत्यजैरपि । ततः स प्रहसन्नाह क्षत्रियोऽहं महीपतिः । विष्णुसेन इति ख्यातो हैहयान्वयसंभवः
yenaivaṃ kuruṣe karma garhitaṃ cāṃtyajairapi | tataḥ sa prahasannāha kṣatriyo'haṃ mahīpatiḥ | viṣṇusena iti khyāto haihayānvayasaṃbhavaḥ
“అంత్యజులకైనా నింద్యమైన ఈ గర్హిత కర్మను నీవెందుకు చేస్తున్నావు?” అని విన్న అతడు నవ్వుతూ అన్నాడు—“నేను క్షత్రియుణ్ని, రాజును. విష్ణుసేన అని ప్రసిద్ధుడను; హైహయ వంశంలో జన్మించినవాడను.”
