Transliteration

tasya tadvacanaṃ śrutvā nirāśaḥ sa mahīpatiḥ | vairāgyaṃ paramaṃ gatvā maraṇe kṛtaniścayaḥ

ఆ మాటలు విని ఆ రాజు నిరాశుడయ్యాడు. పరమ వైరాగ్యాన్ని పొందుకొని మరణానికి నిశ్చయము చేసుకున్నాడు.
