Transliteration

prītā viṣṇoḥ padaṃ yāṃti śāśvataṃ yannirāmayam | anyatrāpi dharādānātprakuryāccakravartitām

Translation

ఈ దానంతో ప్రసన్నులై వారు విష్ణువின் శాశ్వతమైన, నిరామయమైన పదాన్ని పొందుతారు. అలాగే ఇతరత్రా కూడా భూదానంతో చక్రవర్తిత్వం లభించగలదు.
