यम उवाच । असंख्या नरका विप्र यथा प्राणिगणाः क्षितौ । कृत्स्नशः कथितुं शक्या नैववर्षशतैरपि
yama uvāca | asaṃkhyā narakā vipra yathā prāṇigaṇāḥ kṣitau | kṛtsnaśaḥ kathituṃ śakyā naivavarṣaśatairapi
యముడు అన్నాడు—హే విప్రా! భూమిపై ప్రాణులు ఎంత అసంఖ్యమో, నరకాలు కూడా అంతే అసంఖ్య. వాటిని పూర్తిగా చెప్పడం వందల సంవత్సరాల్లోనూ సాధ్యం కాదు.
