प्रायोपवेशनं कृत्वा हृदयस्थे जनार्दने । यस्त्यजेत्पुरुषः प्राणान्नरकं न स पश्यति
prāyopaveśanaṃ kṛtvā hṛdayasthe janārdane | yastyajetpuruṣaḥ prāṇānnarakaṃ na sa paśyati
హృదయంలో నివసించే జనార్దనుని ధ్యానిస్తూ ప్రాయోపవేశనం చేసి ప్రాణత్యాగం చేసే పురుషుడు నరకాన్ని చూడడు।
