yuṣmadagre dvijaśreṣṭhā gayā kūpyāṃ kariṣyati | yastasya tatphalaṃ bhāvi sahasraśatasaṃmitam

Translation

ఓ ద్విజశ్రేష్ఠులారా, మీ సమక్షంలోనే కూప్యాలో గయా-శ్రాద్ధం చేయబడుతుంది. దాన్ని ఎవడు నిర్వహిస్తాడో, అతనికి రాబోయే ఫలం లక్షగుణంగా ఉంటుంది.
