राजोवाच । संत्यन्ये विविधा विप्रा वेदवेदांगपारगाः । मध्यदेशोद्भवाः शान्तास्तथान्ये तीर्थसंभवाः
rājovāca | saṃtyanye vividhā viprā vedavedāṃgapāragāḥ | madhyadeśodbhavāḥ śāntāstathānye tīrthasaṃbhavāḥ
రాజు పలికెను—“వేదములు, వేదాంగములలో పారంగతులైన అనేక విధాల బ్రాహ్మణులు ఉన్నారు; మధ్యదేశంలో జన్మించి శాంత స్వభావులైనవారు, అలాగే తీర్థస్థానాలలో పుట్టినవారూ ఉన్నారు.”
