mahāsatī mahābhāgā sāvitrī sā pativratā | pūjyā ca sarvadevānāṃ jyeṣṭhā śreṣṭhā ca sadgaṇaiḥ

ఆ సావిత్రి మహాసతి, మహాభాగ్యవతి, పతివ్రత; ఆమె సమస్త దేవతలకు పూజ్యురాలు, సద్గణములలో జ్యేష్ఠా శ్రేష్ఠా అని గౌరవింపబడుతుంది।
