ఇట్లు శ్రీ స్కాంద మహాపురాణంలోని ఏకాశీతి-సాహస్రీ సంహితలో, షష్ఠ నాగరఖండంలో, హాటకేశ్వర-క్షేత్రమాహాత్మ్యంలో ‘నాగతీర్థోత్పత్తి-మాహాత్మ్య-వర్ణనం’ అనే నామంతో నూరెண்பైమూడవ అధ్యాయం సమాప్తమైంది.
