Narrator (introducing) / Brahmā (speaking)
Scene: Brahmā, lotus-born, addresses Bṛhaspati in a radiant assembly, instructing him to bring all priests fit to officiate the sacrifice.
Sacred rites require qualified guidance—Dharma is protected when learned and worthy officiants are appointed.
The tīrtha is glorified indirectly by portraying it as a venue for a grand, properly officiated yajña; the verse itself does not name the place.
Summoning all yajña-qualified ṛtviks (officiating priests) through Bṛhaspati.
