सूत उवाच । पुष्पेण दाने दत्तेऽथ संमतेनाग्रजन्मनाम् । मध्यमेन कृतं नाम पुष्पादित्य इति श्रुतम्

Transliteration

sūta uvāca | puṣpeṇa dāne datte'tha saṃmatenāgrajanmanām | madhyamena kṛtaṃ nāma puṣpāditya iti śrutam

Translation

సూతుడు పలికెను—అగ్రజ బ్రాహ్మణుల సమ్మతితో పుష్పుడు దానమిచ్చిన తరువాత, మధ్యస్థుడు స్థాపించిన పేరు ‘పుష్పాదిత్య’ అని వినబడెను.
