uttamāṃgavināśāya viriṃceḥ sṛṣṭikāriṇe | smaśānavāsine nityaṃ namo bhairavarūpiṇe

Translation

ఉత్తమాంగం (అహంకార శిఖరం) నశింపజేసినవాడికి, విరించి (బ్రహ్మ) సృష్టికి కారణభూతుడికి నమః। శ్మశానవాసి భైరవరూప ప్రభువుకు నిత్యం నమస్కారం॥
