सूत उवाच । स तथेति प्रतिज्ञाय संप्रहृष्टमना यमः । यमलोकं जगामाथ स्वाधिकारपरोऽभवत्
sūta uvāca | sa tatheti pratijñāya saṃprahṛṣṭamanā yamaḥ | yamalokaṃ jagāmātha svādhikāraparo'bhavat
సూతుడు పలికెను—యముడు హర్షితమనస్సుతో ‘తథాస్తు’ అని ప్రతిజ్ఞ చేశాడు. ఆపై యమలోకానికి వెళ్లి తన అధికారధర్మంలో నిమగ్నుడయ్యాడు.
