ऋषय ऊचुः । केदारः श्रूयते सूत गंगाद्वारे हिमाचले । स कथं चेह संप्राप्तः सर्वं विस्तरतो वद
ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | kedāraḥ śrūyate sūta gaṃgādvāre himācale | sa kathaṃ ceha saṃprāptaḥ sarvaṃ vistarato vada
ఋషులు పలికిరి—ఓ సూతా, కేదారం హిమాచలములో గంగాద్వారమందు ఉన్నదని వినుచున్నాము; అయితే అది ఇక్కడికి ఎలా వచ్చెను? సమస్తమును విస్తరించి చెప్పుము।
