अथाब्रवीत्सहस्राक्षो महिषं वीक्ष्य गर्वितम् । गर्जमानांस्तथा दैत्यान्क्ष्वेडनास्फोटनादिभिः

Transliteration

athābravītsahasrākṣo mahiṣaṃ vīkṣya garvitam | garjamānāṃstathā daityānkṣveḍanāsphoṭanādibhiḥ

Translation

అప్పుడు సహస్రాక్షుడు (ఇంద్రుడు) గర్వంతో ఉబ్బిన మహిషుణ్ణి చూచి, అలాగే కేకలు, చప్పట్లు మొదలైన కోలాహలాలతో గర్జిస్తున్న దైత్యులను చూచి, ఇలా పలికెను।
